This is a riff on Hetty McKinnons Everything Oil and was the take home gift we made for everyone at our wedding. It is v moreish (thanks to MSG) and goes on everything from eggs to dumplings to mixed in with mayo for a sandwich spread.

There is something truly magical about baking bread and watching the yeast bubble to life in front of your eyes. After trying Allison Roman and Clare Saffitz recipes repeatedly during lockdown I have made my own smaller love child version that can be done completely by hand. Gluten free variety available also.
